Pre season Fitness Training

Hey All

Pre season fitness training will be starting on Monday 4th of August at 19:30 at the club house and will be run by Ben Hollands with the aim of getting everyone’s fitness ready for the new season.
We would like all players going to play 1sts and 2nds to try and make it down but of course everyone is welcome!

These sessions should be every Monday until the start of Training which starts on the 26th of August with a revised start time of 19:30.
