Purpose: To elect the Club Officers for the ensuing year, to receive the accounts for the last financial year and to transact any other business relevant to the Annual General Meeting.

This Committee shall consist of eight representatives.

The Hon. General Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer shall be ex-officio members, so it is required to elect an additional five members of the Committee, representing as equally as possible the Hockey and Cricket sections.

- The title of the property is in the hands of our four trustees, to be elected annually at the AGM. The current trustees are: S.J. Paling, M.D.C. James, I.R. Young & D.G. Thurgarland.

Social Members and Associate Members are entitled to attend meetings of the Club but shall have no voting rights at such meetings and are not eligible for election to any office of the Club or to the Management Committee, Cricket Committee or Hockey Committee.
